  This place only gets one star because they have a laundry room. Apparently, the points system was down..again..and we paid for a shower..again. The cashier was rude when stating the points system was down. I would have expected some empathy, anything really, but was met with rudeness. And the shower was filthy. If there is no wait and 14 showers are available there is no reason it should be dirty. We planned ahead, parked early and were blocked in by two morons. Plan ahead, don't inconvenience others by blocking people in AND the exit of the lot. Flying J got one of the drivers to move. Way to go now only partially blocked. I really wish Flying J/Pilot would do a better job at training their employees after all without truck drivers....
